Inkopious is a division of Toomey Graphics LLC. We are a small business located in Petaluma, CA which is less than an hour north of San Francisco. Our little company is comprised of a small team of 6. Every product we sell is printed in-house to ensure the quality meets our strict standards. We utilize several forms of printing methods including but not limited to: screen printing, direct-to-garmet printing, giclee printing, and eco-solvent printing.


We ship items our as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing time.

Inkopious orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Inkopious will reship the package with corrected address at the customer's expense.

Inkopious cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.

Inkopious is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.

If a package is returned to Inkopious after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.

Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service First Class Mail. If your order is too heavy for First Class Mail, we will ship via Priority Mail or Fedex Ground at our discretion.

Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 2-6 days. All shipments are shipped from Northern California.

Expedited shipping is available via Fedex 2 day.

We do ship international. International shipments are send via US Postal service First Class or Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for all customs/duty/import fees.


• Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Only new unused clothing can be returned/exchanged.
• Shipping fees are not refunded. Any return that qualified for free shipping, will receive a credit minus the actual shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

• Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
• Items must be free of an odors. Items containing cigarette smoke orders will not be eligible for a refund.
• An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
• Item was marked as a Clearance. All clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.
• Item was refused upon delivery.
• Item was a customized/personalized design.


We will be happy to accept your exchange as long as it conforms to the criteria above.. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be required to ship the product back to us. Once the item is received, we will contact you to make payment for the return shipping charges to ship the new items out to you. If the item you are exchanging for costs more than your original order, we will also collect the balance due before we ship.
